This policy explains how PardnaFi Labs Ltd ("PardnaFi", "we", "us"), company 17483917, registered in England and Wales at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, collects and uses information from visitors to this website. It does not cover data processed on behalf of partners through the PardnaFi API - that processing is governed by separate commercial and data-processing agreements between PardnaFi and each partner.

Information you provide directly. If you book a discovery call or email us, we receive whatever information you choose to share - typically your name, email address, company, and the details of your inquiry.

Automatically collected information. The public marketing deployment does not initialise product analytics or advertising tracking. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and request times, to deliver and protect the website. Newsletter collection is temporarily disabled; this website does not accept newsletter sign-ups.

How we use this information

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct discovery calls, and evaluate potential partnerships on the basis of our legitimate interests in business communications, or to take steps you request before a contract. Hosting request data supports site delivery and security.

Third-party services

Calendly opens only when you choose the booking link; no scheduling embed is loaded on this website. Calendly processes the information you submit to schedule a call under its privacy notice. We use email to respond to enquiries. These providers may process data outside the UK under their applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential partnership, or as required by law.
