PardnaFiPardnaFi

Embedded Infrastructure for Trusted Savings Circles.

PardnaFi is the B2B API layer behind community finance: create circles, apply group rules, track contribution and payout cycles, and handle penalties and exits - so your platform can launch a savings-circle product without building the workflow engine from scratch.

PardnaFi is being developed. Discuss current evaluation scope with our team; this page does not offer immediate production access.

How a Circle Runs

1

Create & Configure Circles

Partners set group size, contribution frequency, and penalty rules through a single partner-scoped API.

2

Track Contributions & Payouts

Automated reminders, on-time tracking, and full payout-cycle visibility for every active circle.

3

Deliver Lifecycle Events

Discuss supported lifecycle updates and agree delivery, retry and reconciliation expectations.

Privacy-Scoped Data

Partners receive operational circle data - never raw KYC documents, wallet histories, or sensitive member financial details.

Auditable by Design

Review the proposed activity records and available evidence against your audit and recovery requirements.

Partner-Owned Relationship

PardnaFi is B2B2C infrastructure - your platform keeps the customer relationship, we power the workflow behind it.

Answering the Default Risk Question Directly

Agree how missed contributions and possible losses should be handled.

Missed contributions

Plan for Exceptions and Losses

A missed contribution can create a shortfall. Group rules may describe reminders, delays or other responses, but software cannot guarantee repayment or protect a provider's balance sheet. Any security-bond proposal needs separate contractual, financial and legal review.

  • Agree how missed contributions are recorded and reviewed.
  • Explain possible losses and member obligations clearly.
  • No default protection, shortfall coverage or liability transfer is promised.
